Markdown test specification runner.

• Use a specific base URL:

cotton -u {base_url} {file}.md

• Disable certificate verification (insecure mode):

cotton -u {base_url} -i {file}.md

• Stop running when a test fails:

cotton -u {base_url} -s {file}.md
