Support for Windows 10 is ending. What to do?

I could go to Linux, but experience shows that I don't have the patience to deal with it: I have a Linux machine that gradually accumulated issues until I stopped using it. I don't want to fix an OS. I do want to run some software.

So I've bitten a bullet and started the download for Windows 11. I guess the same applies here: I don't want to fix my OS. But I'm being forced into doing something. Let's see if it updates without breaking everything.
