Bicycle, part 2 🚲
[linkfest!]
All these bikes are low-maintenance, particularly because of the hub gears, and I am really a "no-maintenance" rider. I almost bought a Gazelle bike, having had a test ride at a shop, but...
- they didn't have the particular one I wanted in a large enough size (I thought Dutch people were tall?)
- the lead time was several months
So I was wondering if I could get a Dutch-style bike. They really seemed like the sort of thing for me.
So yay, Swapfiets, I think. If I can find find a box/basket to fix to the front rack, I think I'm going to be happy with it.
