Shower instructions 🚿

• Stand under a shower so that the water is hitting you on the back of your neck.
• Tip you head forward. Adjust until the water mostly runs down the front of your body.
• Hold you arms straight aginst your body, slightly to the front. Adjust until the water runs down your arms.
• Lift your hands away from your body and spread your fingers. Adjust until the water runs down your fingers.
