Some time ago I upgraded my **abcex** lib to be based on 62 symbols. But found issue on id what was generated by abcex and represented in http url. It is case insencetive.
I had two choices: to revert to 36 base or support both.
Decision was to support both, because gemini used ids was still all lowercase, so it could go under 36 base. All other abcex numbers where in zordFSdb as numbers, so it could leave on base 62.
So, from now on, during *Encode/Decode* you need to give base identifier: `abcex.BASE36` or `abcex.BASE62` what are actually integer `36` and `62`. Additionally I added method to convert between 36 and 62 base.
