Medieval Honey Cake

Ingredients
- 3 measures of fine flour or flour substitute
- 1 measure of honey
- half measure of oil
- half measure of milk or milk substitute
Preparation
Preheat the oven to roughly 350 Fahrenheit / 175 Celsius / 450 Kelvin
Line the bottom of 9 inch / 25 cm pan with parchment paper and oil the interior
Mix together the flour and honey. When combined, mix in the oil and then the milk.
Mix thoroughly until the batter has the consistency similar to putty or Play-Doh
Spread the mixture into the pan and smooth with a spatula.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Best served warm.
