Today's Thoughts
11 Dec 2025. There is a supreme balance between providing what the upper management says it wants and what is actually useful or plausible or reasonable. Ironically, those who insist on the most unreasonable solution as the only way forward are the ones who have the heaviest conviction that their way is gospel.
25 Oct 2025. There are two kinds of jobs: those who act and those who react. For example, the wagie IT guy is reactive; the CEO is active. It seems the further away you get from entry-level, the more vague your tasks become. A call-center rep is tasked with answering this specific phone call and to do these specific chores when there are no calls waiting, whereas the factory owner must merely 'run the factory and make it better'.
25 Oct 2025. I still feel equally revitalized today.
24 Oct 2025. Physical activity is good for the body, yes; it is even better for the mind.
4 Sept 2025. Karate is good for the mind and the body.
3 Sept 2025. Didn't (Haven't) stay(ed) up all night scripting.
