Did station.martinrue.com change it's cert. How does one tell when this is a valid change.

Try to use a tool for certificate checking at kennedy search engine. If it is really important, meet the admin in person for fingerprint comparison.

The recommended practice is to preannounce certificate changes. Martin did so a few days ago.

Of course, if you miss the announcement, you'd have to seek alternative means of verification.
