One weird thing that I've noticed is that sometimes when the refresh feels stuttery, rotating the device to landscape and back to portrait makes the issue go away...

Closing as obsolete. There is nothing in particular here I can address, nor have been wide reports of scrolling issues.

While scrolling on iPhone I see very small and discrete steps scrolling and it relates to speed.
