Has anyone used a multi-host configuration in Agate?

I'm trying to define a few domains with the following arguments:

--hostname A --hostname B

The certificate is generating, but domains A and B are unavailable. I can use only one --hostname with this server. If someone has used the multi-domain option successfully, then it might be a local issue on my end.
