Descant Public Licence 1.1

Hey, I made a new licence, this time for music (or I suppose any sort of audio).

Unlike last time (Anti-Harm License 1.0, aka AHL), this licence doesn't include specific "illegal" uses of the media.

Also unlike last time, I'm not going to delete the license from existence. If anyone has a problem with it, tell me what exactly I should do better, and I will do a point release. Otherwise, I don't care.

May I now present the Descant Audio Licence 1.1:

I stumbled across this today. Writing new licenses is a rabbithole, and unless tested in the legal system (and even then) new licenses are always questionable.

I generally like where you are going with this, but the one big question I have is regarding attribution.

In the beginning you state that proper attribution is a requirement. Later, in redistribution section, it is optional. Later yet, you use the word 'must' with attribution. Which is it? It would be good to nail it down in one place, perhaps in the attribution section, stating that proper attribution is required for all legal uses of the material. Or something like that.
