To my understanding, seeking perfect job in a task you've never did is a surefire way to burn out. How much this statement, in your opinion, hold truth?

I agree. if you're striving for perfection on something you're not familiar with, it can take a lot out of you and make you tired. I'd set some realistic goals if possible.
