Also, my doctor said to me one thing: Even a person that have perfect genetics can get schizophrenia or other serious mental ilnesses with sleep deprivation, and it happens a lot in war.

Again, it might not be your problem. You must consult another certified psychiatrist. BUT a good night of ininterrupt sleep will not do you any ill.

I really don't have schizophrenia — are there schzophrenic out there who doesn't look like well schizohprenic... yeah I am one of them. you could talk to me, hand out with me and talk about tech, privacy and you won't even feel you are talking to someone who is schizophrenic.
