Any good recommendation for an EU-based VPS provider?

Personally, I'm using YourServer (SE, LV)
- Or just take a look at Yggdrasil / I2P - to host your service on the local router without dedicated IP
Thanks!
I’ve been using netcup for a while, and have had only good experiences! I’m running one of their arm servers.
Hetzner and IONOS are pretty popular, I’ve heard good things about both
@ps ditto I2P. The default Java version comes with a Jetty webserver, just edit or replace the HTML/CSS with whatever you want. Easy to fire up nginx over Tor as well, just make sure to harden it if you want a degree of privacy. Can always host local and use a reverse proxy to your VPS as well. Lots of possibilities!
I would like to add Contabo, but if you're unlucky you could get in trouble. Usually everything is smooth sailing though.
Thank you all for the recommendations, I will make some comparisons.
Hosting local and reverse proxying is surely the goal, but currently that will not suite my needs.
@roughnecks, what do you mean 'if you're unlucky you could get in trouble'?
I mean that sometimes a node may have issues and Contabo support isn't always "responsive".
Got it. Thanks!
