Just released `pulsarss` crate to read some RSS feeds in Gemini browser.

It's command line tool with minimal aggregation features.

Unlike `Pulsar` app (previously written in PHP), `pulsarss` written in Rust, it does not implement any build-in server, as lot of static servers already available in the awesome-gemini list.

It also does not require any DB like SQLite.

Run as many crawl processes as wanted, some running options already available from the box!
