[#74] Configurable quote font

The default italic font for quotes is not very readable for me. I'd like to make it regular (just using indentation and color to differentiate). Having an option for this like you have for pref text would be nice.

As a workaround, it is possible to create a fontpack with no italic font, or a more readable one.

Having an option to change the styling would still be useful. Page styles are intended to be fully configurable at some point in the future.
