Sorting index and tree, worktree file locking, missing index repair, commit message decoding fix

Prism now sorts the index staging file and tree objects by entry name
using a case-insensitive string compare. It also ensures that worktree
is always locked for writing *before* reading the staging index or head
reference. If the staging index doesn't exist, prism will recreate it
based on the last commit, unless no commits have been made to the repo.
Lastly, I've fixed commit decoding so that it gets the entire commit
message
